Do you support CN and international servers?+
You can ask about both. Include the server, region, device, and service so the team can confirm availability.
Can international-server players use Chinese?+
Yes. Chinese can be used for consultation, squad communication, and feedback.
Can I request a specific map or mission?+
Send the map, mission screenshots, current progress, and completion requirements for assessment.
Do I need to send my game password?+
The website does not request game passwords. For squad sessions, you use your own account and join the team.
How do trial bookings work?+
Check the trial details, server, and current schedule with the advisor before booking.
How do I report a problem?+
Contact your advisor and describe what happened. The team will check the issue and discuss the next steps.
